What is ASMR?
We are constantly asking that ourselves, it has become clear to Ruby and Red that ASMR is way more than just the tingling sensation or the "Braingasms" the media like to focus on and is more about a community of care helping people with so many things and bringing people together.
Helping people with insomnia, anxiety and many other things.
The main definition is Wikipedia says:
"Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson."
